This miniature Aymara style nativity stands only 1.75" tall and includes an
adorable little llama. The people are dressed in traditional Aymara dress with
brightly colored ponchos, bowler hats, and chullos (a knitted
hat made from llama wool). The Aymara people live mainly in the Andes
mountains and are primarily farmers and weavers. They also raise llamas for
meat and wool. Although many of the Aymara have shoes, they quite often
wear sandals or go barefoot even in the snow.
